Exercise 1 - Deepening the evidence

This exercise is suitable as a one to one sitting; the medium must establish a link with a communicator from the world of spirit for the recipient. The medium must give information (evidence) personal to the communicator i.e. there physical stature, how they are connected to the recipient, how they passed etc etc to the point where the recipient is comfortable he or she knows who the communicator is, then the medium must continue giving evidence and information from the communicator , however after every third piece of evidence the medium offers over to the recipient the medium must go back to the communicator and encourage the communicator to enhance and expand on one of the three previous statements. The medium should then verbalise the enriched statement (evidence).

For example;
The initial three statements from the medium may have been as follows,

  1. Your father tells me that his wife passed several years before him
  2. Your father tells me that he and his wife (your Mother) worked together
  3. Sadly your father had to nurse your mother when she was ill leading up to her passing

The medium could then say to the communicator i.e. father then tell me more about this work you and your wife did together, answer from father my wife and I owned a diary farm which we ran together unfortunately when my wife passed I couldn’t do the workload on my own and I sold the farm.

Look how much enriched statement number two has become. The medium needs to repeat this style of enhancing the evidence several times within the one exercise.

At the end of the exercise the medium must highlight where with the cooperation with the communicator they enhanced the evidence.
Then medium and recipient can change rolls.

Exercise 2 - The touch of spirit

It does not matter how much evidence as a medium that you offer up, if your recipient cannot feel or sense the presence of their loved one from the world of spirit, the evidence you offer up will lose some of its power. A very simple exercise to give both the evidence and the presence of spirit to your recipient is as follows;

During the practice of giving a message, when you reach the point that your recipient knows who the communicator from the spirit side of life is, at that point the medium whilst holding onto the company of the communicating spirit needs to stop looking for or searching for any more evidence or information from the communicating spirit, this will allow the energy in which the medium is working to become slightly more passive and at that point the medium needs to encourage the said communicating spirit to blend even closer with the medium and indeed through the mediums energy to be able to blend with the recipients energy to the point where the recipient can feel the presence of the communicator Thus allowing the recipient to have both the evidence, and the presence of spirit from the spirit side of life. At the end of the exercise the recipient must verbalise how he or she felt by feeling the company of their loved one.

Scientifically important though it is the very act of seeking more evidence through the act of mediumship can sometimes create a change within the frequency of the mediums energy which in turn can prevent the closeness within the blending between medium and communicator which will deny the recipient having the experience of both the touch and presence of the communicating spirit.
